CAN GAFARRO

In the southeast part of Ibiza, lies the quiet residential area of Sa Carocca. This luxurious and comfortable villa is located on a dead end street in this neighbourhood. Precisely situated between Ibiza Town and the beautiful beaches of Les Salinas and Cala Jondal with its popular Beach clubs Tropicana, Blue Marlin and Yemanja.

The villa is an ideal base for the famous hotspots on this beautiful island. All reachable in 5 to 10 minutes. The villa is not in the middle of nowhere, but is conveniently located, close to supermarkets and a number of Ibizan coffee shops. The surrounding villas also like peace and quiet and therefore outdoor music and parties are not allowed.

On the ground floor of the villa are 2 separate free-hanging toilets, lots of cupboard space and a washing machine with dryer. There are also 2 bedrooms downstairs, which, in addition to air conditioning, have plenty of cupboard space and a make-up table. The double French doors in the bedrooms provide access to a cozy, sheltered terrace at the side of the house. These 2 bedrooms both have 2x2 box spring beds of 90x200cm that can be placed separately if desired (just like the other rooms except the master bedroom). There is an Ibiza-style bathroom with a 2-person bath, separate rain shower and a double sink. Upstairs are 3 fantastic air-conditioned bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds have a private bathroom and access to the loggia balcony at the rear of the villa.
