Casa Mar is build against the mountainside and is 4 stories high, graced with no less than 4 patio terraces. The view from the rooftop is stunning.

The house is located on a quiet road and, upon entering, you will feast your eyes upon a long staircase leading to the first floor of the home.

 

There is a small foyer and a quaint-sized kitchen equipped with all the appliances one might need. On this floor there is the living room where you can gaze directly over the cityscape of Ibiza.The saloon is furnished with a sturdy dining table with long, wooden seating. There is also a large, white couch and a fireplace. The doors open up to the terrace, where there is a luxurious lounge set and a dining table that seats 6. You can enjoy your time looking out over the hills while firing up the barbie. The terrace makes a great vantage point for checking out the pool one level down the stairs.

 

4 Sun loungers and 2 fatboy beanbags surround the pool (6x 2,5) on the pool deck. The fence and plants around the pool ensure the necessary privacy.

 

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, with a shower, on the top floor. 2 Of the bedrooms have double beds as well as access to a large terrace. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All the beds come with box spring mattresses. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

 

The house also has a rooftop terrace, which has the best view ever! Sit out and enjoy the sunset or just sit back and relax on one of the terraces. The choice is yours.
