Some events are about padel. This one is about people, and padel is the reason they all show up. The Isla Blanca Padel Festival, launched a few years ago by François of Ibiza Estates, has grown into one of the most enjoyable dates on the island’s calendar, and into a genuine meeting point for everyone connected to real estate on Ibiza.
The idea was simple and smart. François wanted to bring his network together: colleagues, fellow real estate agents, partners and clients, in a setting that felt nothing like a conference. So instead of a hotel ballroom, he chose the padel court, and instead of a standard tournament, he built a festival around it.
Through his corporate events organisation, François stages the padel tournament in a full festival atmosphere. He flies in artists, fills the day with entertainment, great food and drinks, and the kind of easy, warm togetherness that keeps people on site long after their last match. There is even dedicated childcare so families can join and the kids are looked after all day.
The result is a day where the whole community around property on Ibiza, and everyone with an interest in it, comes together on one beautiful padel event. Deals and friendships are made on the sidelines, new faces meet old hands, and the sport does what it does best: it breaks the ice and puts everyone on the same level.
